Reviews

Bad-Grandpa
Knoxville and Nicoll had a pretty convincing grandfather/grandson chemistry on screen, even during the raunchiest scenes.

Netflix recently added 2013’s Bad Grandpa to its streaming library. Is it worth watching or do the bits get stretched thinner than an old skin mask? Matt Lyons takes a look in this New on Netflix review!

Taylor checked out Tusk, and says it does its very best to be a film of the absurd and it more than accomplishes that. What’s up for debate is if this absurdity makes it a good movie.

Our South Park season 18 reviews continue. According to Matt, South Park continues to toe the line of mediocrity with material that is a few months too late and seriously lacking in jokes.

Some harsh words for Gone Girl as Taylor reviews the new-to-theaters movie this week. Gone Girl is visually beautiful, strikingly scored, and meticulously acted, but the writing takes all of that and shoves it out a window on the fifth floor. Ouch.

That about wraps up our Weekly Rewind – look for our recap every Sunday for a quick glance at what you may have missed over the past week.
