Watch The First Two Minutes Of The Walking Dead's Mid-Season Premiere

|

AMC apparently knows you can’t wait until Sunday to see more of The Walking Dead so they have released the first two minutes of the mid-season premiere for free online.
The episode is clearly picking up where the dramatic mid-season finale ended (check out our review if you want a quick reminder about what happened). No one within the group is in good shape mentally or physically, but like every previous death in the series, they have to move on quickly to survive. One of the new characters we met last season, Noah, appears to play a prominent role in the second half of season five also – at least at the onset.
“What Happened and What’s Going On” is being written by Scott Gimple, who also wrote one of the best post-Season 1 episodes of the show to date. If you remember the episode titled “Clear,” where Rick ran into a distraught Morgan who was recovering from a loss and teetering on insanity, you’ll know why this could be end up being a great premiere. It has already been heavily hinted that Morgan will return soon, as he made a few very small cameos last season trailing a ways behind the main group, so it would be the perfect time for it to happen again.
The Walking Dead returns to AMC this Sunday at 9/8c.
