Game Of Thrones “In Memorium” Store Is Missing A Character, Or Is It?

|

Keeping up with the speculation for HBO’s Game of Thrones, there is new fuel being added to the fire. The HBO show has a store on their website with a specific section titled “In Memorium” for those who have been killed off along the way. One character who is notably missing from this section is none other than Jon Snow. The list appears to be complete and up to date because there is even a Stanis shield pin with the stag and flaming heart on it which means that it has merchandise all the way through the finale of the last season.

As of last week we know that Kit Harington was in Belfast once again, where a majority of Game of Thrones is filmed, but we’re still left wondering as to why. We don’t know if it was for a funeral, flashback, if he is still alive, or being brought back to life; no one knows.  His absence from the “In Memorium” collection for the HBO store is another clue that he might still be alive but that is a lot speculation based on HBO not having a Funko Pop figurine of the character in their online store.

I guess we will have to wait until either the show comes back to HBO next year or until George R.R. Martin decides to release the next book in the series for us to figure out what exactly is going on.  In the meantime there is a sale on many of the “In Memorium” collection so you can hurry up and get your Funko Pop figurines of Ned, Oberyn, the Hound, Joffrey, Tywin, the Mountain, Ygritte, Robb, or Khal Drogo.  You can even pick up some plush dire wolfs that have been killed off on the show for a discounted price on the site right now as well.

HOW TO: Change system date in OS X ...

What do you think? Oversight or another clue that Jon Snow is still alive and will return next season? Let us know in the comments below, or on Google+, Twitter, or Facebook.
