10tons, the developer who brought Sparkle Unleashed to the Xbox One, is set to release its second port to the console on Oct. 14. Crimsonland, the top down shooter “with a touch of RPG” is the same awesome 2014 remaster of the 2003 cult-classic as on pretty much every other platform, except 10 more missions were added with a new enemy and another survival mode, called Waves. It’s still got the genre-defining Survival mode with insane monster count and up to four-player local co-op.

Already available for the PlayStation 4, on Steam, and iOS, Crimsonland brings intense top-down carnage to the Xbox One in this remastered version. Choose from over 30 weapons, unlock over 50 perks that adjust gameplay, and compete with your friends through achievements and leaderboard as you take on thousands of aliens, giant spiders, mutant lizards, and more.

It definitely looks like it’ll be a blast — if not a tad overwhelming. Check out some of the screenshots below.

Have you been playing Crimsonland on the PS4, PC, or iOS? Are you excited to see it coming to the Xbox One? Let us know if you’re planning on picking it up on October 14th in the comments below, or on Google+, Twitter, or Facebook.
