The incomparable Sir Elton John is set to release his 33rd studio album in 2016. That is truly amazing. Wonderful Crazy Night is due to release February 5th 2016 and the first single Looking Up comes out tomorrow. John is well known for some of the classics like Candle In The Wind, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, Saturday Nights Alright For Fighting and several Disney tunes including the Lion King soundtrack. In over five decades of making music the man has sold more than 300 million albums, has had more than fifty top 40 hits, and seven consecutive #1 albums in the US.
Sir Elton John was born in 1947 as Reginald Dwight and learned to play piano as a kid, he formed his first musical group in 1962 named Bluesology. Without a doubt the man has had a huge impact on popular music and continues to make waves even in the new century. We’re looking forward to hearing what Sir Elton is going to bring with Wonderful Crazy Night, if he stays true to form… it should be something spectacular.
