Xbox One Backward Compatibility Launching With 104 Titles

The day many Xbox One gamers have been waiting for has arrived. Microsoft has announced the full list of Xbox One Backward Compatibility titles which will be available to play on November 12th.

While we reported last week on a supposed leaked list, many of those titles didn’t make it – much to our chagrin. While Assassin’s Creed II made the list, the rest of the series didn’t. Also not making the cut is the Far CryBioShockGhost Recon, and Splinter Cell franchise. Here’s hoping those all make the list eventually, Microsoft does mention that titles like Halo ReachHalo WarsCall of Duty: Black OpsBioshockBioshock 2Bioshock Infinite, and Skate 3 are coming soon, so there is hope yet!

As well, all Xbox 360 games available through the Xbox Games with Gold program after November 12th will be backward compatible with the Xbox One – hopefully we’ll see mostly new titles and not just those on the list below.

In case you’re unfamiliar with how the Backward Compatibility program works, check out this video by Larry Hryb and Richard Irving of Xbox.

So, without further ado, here’s the full list of Xbox 360 games that will be playable on your Xbox One later this week, assuming you own a physical or digital copy.
