On November 22, 2005, Microsoft released the Xbox 360 in the United States and Canada before eventually rolling it out over 30 more countries across the globe. It has officially been over a decade since the second generation of new millennium console gaming began, and the Xbox Live community has recorded every second of it.

Xbox 360 fans are among the most dedicated gamers in history since it was discovered how fun it was to knock around a pixel with two lines. If there’s any doubt about that, the numbers collected by Xbox Live’s servers do not lie.

Over the past 10 years, the Xbox 360 has been a era of console gaming that has seen new heights of innovation along with the Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 3. Advancements in video games have been exhibited by, but not limited to graphics, in-game mechanics and seemingly endless possibilities for interaction within the community.

Xbox use is not simply limited to playing games, as the availability of apps like Netflix, Hulu and YouTube have extended the already wide use of the 360. Throughout the millions of years worth of games played, it is easy to assume that more than a few of those years were spent doing a little binge watching.
