Reuters has detailed a new Cisco report indicating that internet traffic from video consumption continues to show signs of increase. Currently 78% of traffic is from video and that is expected to increase to 84% by 2018. This is not at all a surprise to most of us in the tech world but it is a metric that could be used in the hotly debated net neutrality topic.

The Justice Department says the federal government, not the states, has the exclusive power to regulate these laws.
